Are you looking for something to break out of the mundane day to day training grind? Something to reignite your internal fire….something to give you that mindset change you need to rip into your training & feel good about yourself!

Are you just going through the motions with your training and nutrition?. Are you starting to think I really need to step it up a gear or two if I’m serious about getting in shape. It’s easy to kid yourself into a false sense of accomplishment with 1 or 2 moderate intensity workouts a week and an ‘ok’ diet, thinking you’re going to get results. Honestly, you know it takes more than a couple of sessions a week and an ‘ok’ diet – Remember ‘you can’t out train a bad diet.
The 6 week challenge is simple; complete your diet and exercise checklist for 6 weeks and get some awesome results, it’s as simple as that. There’s no prizes, there’s no competition, there’s no entry fee – the only thing required is 6 weeks of commitment.

* Official weigh ins and body compositions will take place 7:00am Saturday 29th of March,

* Bioscan (body composition scan) cost is $20. Please note that additional Group Training Class fees will apply for non members.
